USP New to the UK market, the system allows restaurant customers to alert staff when they need attention by pressing a call button on their table that lights up their table number on a monitor. An alert sound is optional.

Details The system, which can be rented for a minimum 12 months, offers either a call button with two choices (service and cancel) or one with four options (including cancel) that appear on the monitor in different colours - red for service, yellow for a drink and green for the bill.

Basic package One monitor, up to 35 call buttons, a remote control, a menu holder and fixing pads. Larger premises can rent additional monitors which can link up to display all table numbers.
