Dalston's Soda Company has launched four new craft sodas to the UK market: Fizzy Rhubarb and Fizzy Blackcurrant, and Real Squeezed Elderflower and Real Squeezed Rhubarb, which are made with no added sugar or sweeteners and are under 20 calories a can.

Willow, a new low-alcohol spirit, is the creation of William Borrell, owner of the Ladies & Gentlemen bar in Kentish Town in north London. Willow is 4.4% ABV and combines a Calvados base with a blend of pineapple, star anise, cherry tomato, kaffir lime leaves and agave syrup.

Monin's new sugar-free sweetener can be used in both hot and cold drinks, with no aftertaste. The syrup is free from artificial flavouring, suitable for vegans and allergen-free, with an ambient shelf life of up to three months after opening and up to 18 months unopened.

Uxbridge-based foodservice and food retailing equipment provider Fri-Jado UK has launched a new range of heated multi-deck ‘Eyeline' merchandisers. The sloping display shelves are positioned at eye level to promote impulse purchases, and the curved profile allows 180° product visibility.
