New products: Two Days vodka soda, Brakes vegan cakes, SousVideTools Vacuum Infuser and more

Two Days is a range of ready-to-drink, low-ABV vodka soda cocktails (pictured). The first two flavours, lime soda and raspberry soda, are available in 330ml cans with an ABV of 3%. The sodas are made with British vodka, sparkling water and fruit extracts and are just 65 calories.

Central Foods has launched Jack & Bry, a range of sausages, sausage coins, pepperoni slices and burger patties all made from jackfruit. All four products are free from palm oil and gluten.

Brakes has launched a vegan range of cakes, with flavours including jaffa cake, salted caramel, chocolate fudge, cherry and chocolate, and jam roly poly.

Traiteur de Paris' new range of desserts include a vegan and gluten-free chocolate and cranberry cake, and a gluten-free almond and raspberry financier.

Conscious Chocolate's chocolate coated nibble collection has launched for Veganuary. The range includes chocolate brazils, salted chocolate dates and chocolate orange figs. All are free from gluten, soya, dairy and refined sugars.

The SousVideTools Vacuum Infuser is pre-set with options for flavour infusion and extraction, marination, sous vide packaging and food preservation. The infuser includes an angled tray, which prevents vacuum pouches from spilling. The tool can also be used for infusing coffee to create cold brew, adding wine to fruits for sangria, or for brining vegetables.

Pip Organic has launched a range of sparkling canned drinks, made with 100% organic fruit juice and sparkling water with no added sugar, flavourings, or sweeteners. Flavours include apple and lemon.
