Lékué collapsible collander and sushi roller from JWP

The new collapsible colander and sushi roller from Lékué are both made from platinum silicone, which gives them a wide temperature tolerance from -60 to +260°C, so they are safe to use in microwaves, freezers and dishwashers.

The space-saving magenta-coloured collapsible colander has a 4.2 litre capacity at full size and will strain, sieve and rinse.

The Makisu sushi roller provides an hygienic and contemporary twist on the traditional wood-and-string design by providing no gaps for food to accumulate. It is white in colour, measures 3mm (H) x 207mm (W) x 240mm (L) and does not retain smells and flavours. The non-stick surface can be used to roll ingredients with or without the traditional nori seaweed skin.

The colander is available in a carton of six, priced at £66.12 plus VAT and the sushi rolling mat comes in a carton of eight, priced at £38.04 plus VAT.
