The Lancaster London hotel has created a signature honey panna cotta with homemade chocolate honeycomb crunch using honey from its hives.
The 10 beehives on the hotel's second floor roof provide honey for the Island Grill restaurant in the hotel.
The hotel will stage the annual London Honey Show on 6 October from 6-9pm, which is a celebration of bees and beekeeping. At the show, guest speaker Judy Earl from Harrow Beekeepers will show how to cook with honey and how to create the hotel's new signature dessert.
