The gourmet line of Fairfields Farm Crisps launched last autumn by East Anglian potato farmers Strathern and Laura Gibson is now available in 40g packs in addition to the original 100g sharing bags.
The potatoes are grown on the third-generation family farm, sliced with their skins on, cooked in sunflower oil and spiced with natural flavours from regional producers.
The 40g bags come in Lightly Sea-salted, Sea Salt and Aspall Cyder Vinegar, and the new Suffolk Farmhouse Cheese, Chive and Dill flavours and are sold in cases of 36 bags.
The minimum order is for four cases.
