Electrolux Professional has teamed up with the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) to support the development of chefs worldwide with the launch of its Art & Science Come Together seminars.
The partnership between WACS and Electrolux Professional will feature cooking sessions, training and demos that will equip chefs to implement sustainable practices in the kitchen and maintain high standards of excellence and productivity.
Stuart Flint (pictured), training and demonstration manager at Electrolux Professional, said: "Training is increasingly important within foodservice, and our collaboration with WACS demonstrates how we aim to lead the way on a global level through sharing key tips and insights to help increase productivity and profitability of kitchens worldwide.
"The chefs conducting the training will serve quality food and showcase knowledge and technology offered by Electrolux Professional alongside their own creativity and expertise."
The partnership brings together culinary masters from all over the globe to help improve the efficiency and sustainability of demanding kitchens in the US, the UK, Dubai and Russia.
