Tim Shearman and Kym Kapadia have launched Four Corners Hospitality Group, a new hotel acquisitions, advisory, consultancy and asset management company.

Chief executive of the business Shearman was previously chief executive of hotels at Aprirose Real Estate Investment, having also formerly served as chief operating officer of London & Regional Properties.

Until recently Kapadia was chief commercial officer and head of hotels at Aprirose and was responsible for strengthening and managing the company's hotel business, including its hotel portfolio and its management company, Almarose.

Prior to this she was a founding partner and board member at Michels & Taylor as vice-president, commercial, for 11 years. She will now oversee Four Corners Hospitality Group as chief commercial officer.

Shearman and Kapadia said: "This is an incredibly exciting and opportunistic time to offer hotel owners and investors the benefit of our global experience and knowledge to either improve the value of their investment or identify new areas of value creation."
