Yo! Sushi to open site in Leeds' Trinity Shopping Centre

Japanese chain Yo! Sushi is to open a new site in Leeds' Trinity Shopping Centre, the largest retail development to open this year.

The 57 cover restaurant will open on 21 March, with 30 seats and 27 stools, arranged around the chain's familiar conveyor belt.

The menu features over 90 Japanese-inspired dishes, including sushi, sashimi and noodles. A take-away service is also available.

Designer Philip Watts, has created an interior featuring a ceiling sloping to the kitchen, while the walls feature a combination of sake labels and wooden oak trees housing illuminated pink pigeons.

Yo! Sushi chief executive Robin Rowland said: "Sushi and shopping is a winning combination and with Yo! Sushi being a vibrant, cool and fun eating destination, this new addition to our portfolio further enhances our business strategy of securing our unique concept in key shopping centre destinations."
