New Casual Dining Show announces keynote speakers

Jens Hofma, chief executive of Pizza Hut UK, Alex Reilly, managing director of Loungers, Andrew Guy, chief executive of Ed's Easy Diner and Peter Martin, vice president of CGA Peach have been confirmed as speakers at the Casual Dining Show.

The exhibition, held at London's Business Design Centre on 26-27 February 2014, will also include sessions by Mark McCulloch, former head of marketing at YO! Sushi and Pret a Manger, and Jason Katz, founding partner at Kings Park Capital. They will be discussing the role of private equity in the leisure sector.

Market updates will be provided by Peter Backman, managing director of Horizons, and Simon Stenning, foodservice strategy director at Allegra Strategies.

Chris Brazier, group event manager of event organiser Diversified Communications, said: "We are thrilled to be able to present our audience with such a strong line-up for our first event.

"Casual Dining will provide an exciting opportunity for our visitors to engage with, and gain valuable advice from, some of the most influential individuals within the casual dining sector. It is one of the most dynamic sectors of the restaurant business today, and we're excited to finally have a dedicated trade show for it."
