Michelin-listed restaurant in Exmouth for sale
The Michelin-listed Seafood restaurant in the Exmouth, East Devon, has been put up for sale after seven years under the same ownership.
It occupies a corner terraced property in a pedestrianised area in the centre of Exmouth that is also close to the seafront.
The ground-level restaurant is divided into two inter-connecting rooms each seating 20 diners, while the first floor includes a private dining room/function room. To the front is a small trade area.
A self-contained two-bedroom owners' flat on the second floor incorporates a living room, kitchen and bathroom.
In 2005, the restaurant achieved a net profit of £30,502 on a £93,447 turnover but trade could be increased by opening at lunchtimes. At present, the restaurant opens five evenings a week from Tuesday to Saturdays
Stonesmith of Exeter is seeking offers of around £96,500 for the 34-year lease.
