Isle of Wight hoteliers buy New Forest tea rooms

Terry and Sue Bassett have left their hotel in the Isle of Wight to take on the 30-seat Mad Hatter Tea Rooms in the New Forest National Park.

It's located in the High Street at Lyndhurst, Hampshire, in the heart of the national park and incorporates two-bedroom owners' accommodation

Goadsby's hotels and leisure division sold the freehold off a guide price of £360,000 after generating a high level of interest through its Bournemouth, Southampton and Winchester offices.
