The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 2 December, 2007
London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 12.2% in the week ending 2 December, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar increased to £132.54, up from £118.15 during the equivalent week of 2006.
Occupancy grew by 0.2 percentage points to 86.8% while average room rate increased by 11.9% to £152.70 compared with £136.43 in the corresponding week of 2006.
