Radisson SAS Hotel, Belfast
will be completed by the end of August. The hotel will also feature five meeting rooms, each with a break-out area, and a 94-seat restaurant and bar that will be open to non-residents. While most of the senior management team is in place under general manager Stuart Grant, the hotel is recruiting to fill the remaining 60 full-time and 20 part-time jobs. The hotel will be the eighth Radisson SAS hotel in Ireland, and only the second in the north (the first opened in Limavady in 1995). by Angela Frewin Buy this week's *Caterer* magazine for more industry news and analysis
