Premier Inn to feature TripAdvisor reviews on its website
Premier Inn has started incorporating TripAdvisor reviews on its main website, allowing guests to see comments and reviews of its 600 hotels.
Premier Inn said it would also display the information gathered by its own guest satisfaction survey on the premierinn.com site. The company claimed its guest satisfaction survey was one of the largest in Europe - with responses and feedback being gathered from an average of over 800,000 respondents per year. The satisfaction scores for every Premier Inn will be available for guests to review.
Gerard Tempest, spokesperson for Premier Inn, said: "Our guests' opinions are an invaluable source of information for us and we constantly use guest feedback to shape and improve the standards of service available at Premier Inn. We also feel that it is important for visitors to our website to be kept well informed and that they should be able to read impartial and transparent reviews for all of our Premier Inn hotels to enable them to make an informed decision about where they would like to stay."
Pollyanna Vincent, partnerships manager UK for TripAdvisor, commented: "We're delighted to partner with Premier Inn and look forward to helping their customers have the best possible travel experience."
