Just Opened: Shangri-La hotel, Paris
Located in the 16th arrondissement in the former home of Prince Roland Bonaparte - Napoleon Bonaparte's nephew - the hotel enjoys widespread views of the Eiffel Tower, River Seine and Montmartre. The building, dating from 1896, has been restored by architect Richard Martinent with plush interiors from Pierre-Yves Rochon and a secluded garden from landscape designer Louis Benech.
