John Machin appointed head chef at Macdonald Frimley Hall hotel & Spa

John Machin has been appointed head chef at the Macdonald Frimley Hall hotel & Spa, near Camberley, Surrey. Machin takes responsibility for the hotel's fine-dining two-AA Rosette Linden restaurant and events catering in the conference and banqueting suites for up to 250 guests. He joins from the Macdonald Bath Spa hotel and previous employers include Ettingham Park Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon and Tankersley Manor, near Sheffield.
