BDL Select's regional portfolio on the market for £28.25m

The final three hotels in the BDL Select portfolio have been put up for sale with a combined price of £28.25m.

All three hotels are currently operated by Redefine/BDL Hotels and can be purchased individually, in part or as a group.

The properties include the 148-bedroom Langstone hotel on Hayling Island, near Portsmouth, for £14.5m; the 113-bedroom Swan hotel (pictured) in Bedford (£11.75m); and the 30-bedroom Rosslea Hall hotel in Helensborough, Argyll and Bute (£2m).

lier this year BDL Select sold the 110-bedroom Best Western Marks Tey hotel in Colchester off a guide price of £5.75m, the 95-bedroom DoubleTree by Hilton Dundee (guide price: £5.5m) and the 73-bedroom Best Western Grosvenor hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire.

L's Hotels & Hospitality Group are marketing the current three hotels on the market.

Gavin Wright, a director of JLL, said: "These hotels have a number of asset management opportunities and represent a significant opportunity to acquire with the benefit of an established track record that appeals both to business traveller and leisure guests."
