The outcome of 12 months of development at Pritchitts Knowledge Centre, the secret to the new milk is the addition of extra proteins and stabilisers. While the added proteins have the ability to grab more of the air to form bubbles during the foaming process, the stabilisers stop the foam breaking down as quickly allowing it longer to form a rich smooth consistency.
Ideal for bean to cup and traditional barista operated espresso machines, Millac Cappuccino Milk can be foamed from chilled but also from ambient, which eliminates the need for refrigeration to free up valuable space. And with an ambient shelf life of six months, the product eliminates the need for daily orders of fresh milk to be delivered and means operators need not worry about running out.
Priced competitively with fresh milk through the wholesale delivered trade, Millac Cappuccino Milk can be used in exactly the same way in all milky drinks including tea, hot chocolate and milkshakes.
