Sodexo relaunches its Healthworks package
Contract caterer Sodexo has announced the relaunch of its Healthworks package, designed to help create a healthier workforce.
The gym offer is designed to support clients and their employees to reduce health risks, improve quality of life, and enhance their personal effectiveness through a bespoke service to help achieve personal fitness and wellbeing goals.
Matt Dawson, Sodexo's ambassador for health and wellbeing, said: "I am really excited to be working with Sodexo on health, wellbeing and fitness. One of the key elements to fitness is nutrition."
Dawson has developed a nutrition booklet with Sodexo which is given to members as part of the Healthworks offer. "It provides valuable guidance on eating regimes pre- and post-exercise," he added.
Healthworks is linked to Sodexo's nutrition, wellbeing and lifestyle philosophy, Healthwise, which has been running for over 25 years to promote lifestyle choices and improve health through fitness and a balanced diet.
