Pomegranates and raspberries is the new guest recipe from smoothie company Innocent. One pomegranate provides 40% of an adult's recommended daily allowance of vitamin C, and is a good source of folic acid, vitamins A and E and soluble fibre, which can help lower high cholesterol levels. Fragrantly sweet with a slightly tart overtone, raspberries have been chosen to complement the pomegranate's bittersweet flavour. The blend of 100% pure crushed fruit and juices results in a slightly tangy crimson smoothie.
