500g orange chocolate
400g dairy whipping cream
Melt chocolate and cream and leave to set. When set roll orange chocolate ganache inside clingfilm 6in long by 2in wide and freeze.
For piped chocolate grill: 50g bitter dark chocolate
50g white chocolate
At the last minute pipe the chocolate grilling on a plastic sheet and just before it sets roll it around the ganache and serve with fresh strawberries mango and blackcurrant coulis
