Italian combis from Angelo Po

There are more than 36 combi-ovens on the market from Italian maker Angelo Po, with each gas or electric model available in three size levels. The range spans gastronorm sizes of four grids to 20 grids. The largest models feature a roll-in trolley and provide a 60-plate regeneration capacity. Common features include a digital panel and a manual dial control, 150 programmes (80 preset), a Multi Point core probe, double-glazed door and a fully automatic washing system that cleans from behind the three-speed fan motor. The ovens operate an energy-saving closed system that uses all the thermal energy from the steam generated before making any more. Prices range from £3,000 to £20,000.
