Basic American Instant Mashed Potato is now available to the UK food service market and is suitable for use as mashed potatoes, in fish cakes, for thickening soups and stews and for topping pies.
Made with 98% potato, the product can be made with water or with milk for a richer taste and higher portion value and is easy to make by adding to the liquid and mixing. It is packed in resealable plastic tubs with moulded hand grips for easy shelf storage.
Each 2.4kg tub yields 116 x 113g portions.
