Digby Trout celebrates take-off at Duxford

Digby Trout Restaurants, part of Elior Group, last week hosted an evening celebrating the take-off of new conference and corporate hospitality facilities at the multimillion-pound AirSpace building at the Imperial War Museum Duxford, in Cambridgeshire.

The museum has one of the largest collections of American military aircraft outside the USA. Elior, which has held the catering contract at the site since November last year, now has in AirSpace a conference facility for up to 200 that can also accommodate 1,000 for evening events.
