The British Hospitality Association has revealed the full line up for its Hospitality and Tourism Summit.

Taking place on the 5 June at Novotel London West, the event will bring together the cream of the hospitality industry to discuss the current state of the sector to shape its future.

The packed agenda includes a panel debate on ways to bring in money and plan for future growth, discussions on how best to understand today's customer and ways to stand out from the crowd.

The stellar line up of speakers and presenters includes Kit Malthouse, deputy Mayor of London for Business & Enterprise, Simon Vincent, president EMEA, Hilton Worldwide, and Surinder Arora, owner and chairman of Arora International Hotels. They will be preceded by keynote addresses from energy minister Fergus Ewing and sports minister Helen Grant.

BHA chief executive Ufi Ibrahim said that the summit gave the hospitality industry the opportunity to work towards a shared vision.

She added: "That's why the BHA's Hospitality and Tourism Summit is such an important date in the diary. It's the one time in the year where everyone from across our industry gets together to focus on the big issues that will matter to our international competitiveness and future success.

"The agenda for the 5 June sees our strongest line up of speakers ever. We'll be discussing themes on the economics of hospitality, sharing some news on how we work together with government, the role of our industry as a jobs generator and how the industry can further embrace communications and technology."
