BaxterStorey appoints Sarah Peck as sales manager for North-west

BaxterStorey has announced the appointment of Sarah Peck as sales manager for the North-west of England.

The caterer has seen its business expand by 28% across the region and Peck's new role sees her tasked with growing its presence further. Existing clients include Brother International, ITV, npower and Siemens.

Peck said: "I enjoy working closely with prospective clients to understand their requirements and to develop a service that will truly reflect their employees' needs, and in turn really helps to position them as employers of choice for their teams."

Simon Esner, director for BaxterStorey, said of Peck's appointment: "Outsourced catering represents a £4b market annually and despite the recession it is one area of our economy that has not experienced massive decline. In fact, BaxterStorey has increased its market share at this time because of the way that we operate.

"Sarah will be working with prospective clients across a region that offers great potential and which has a food heritage of its own that we will be able to share with the companies we work alongside."

Peck joins BaxterStorey from Host Contract Management, where she was responsible for contracts and clients across business and industry and education sites.
