Guildhall Winchester is situated in the heart of one of England's most beautiful historic cities and has a venue that boasts some of the largest event spaces in the district.

Winchester City Council will be offering a services framework, zero based contract(s) for the provision of bespoke banqueting services for the Guildhall Winchester's clients, including Civic events.

Expressions of interest are invited from innovative and suitably experienced Catering Companies who would wish to participate in the provision of said services under such an agreement. Interested companies should register their interest electronically and send an email to banquetingtender@winchester.gov.uk.

Companies must include full company address and contact numbers etc. You will receive a copy of the invitation to "Tender Application for Inclusion in a Framework Agreement" and all associated documentation.

The desired outcome of the entire process is to have a minimum of 5 companies who will be able to meet and deliver flexible options for the provision of individual banqueting / dining requirements to meet our client's needs at an affordable cost.
