Greene King sells thatched pub in Milton Keynes

National pub operator Greene King has sold the Swan Inn, an historic thatched pub in the old village of Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire.

The ground floor is split into a number of distinctive trading areas - including a 48-seat restaurant - with timber floors, timber ceiling beams, exposed fire places and a bar servery.

A two-bedroom manager's flat with a lounge and bathroom is provided on the first floor.

AG&G sold the leasehold off an asking price of £150,000 to a private operator.
