Brake Bros is launching a number of frozen prawn starter items this month. For example, Crispy Prawn Purse is a moneybag-shaped filo pastry purse filled with a butterfly-cut king prawn, glass noodles, spring onion, cabbage, coriander and chilli. Each item weighs 25g and deep-fries from frozen in three to four minutes. For added visual effect the tail of the prawn protrudes from the top of the purse. They come in packs of 40.
