Tryton launches new dessert lines

Tryton Foodservice has extended its range of traditional puddings with the launch of Mini Temptation and Winter Crumble. Mini Temptation is a trio of small individual puddings, designed for customers who want to try three pudding styles in one portion. The mini puddings are Chocolate Sponge, Raspberry Jam and Golden Syrup. They come with individual dessert sauces of double chocolate, raspberry jam and golden syrup. Mini Temptations can also be offered as a dessert to share between two, or sold as a mini individual pudding. Winter Crumble is a traditional fruit crumble available in two flavours - apple and cinnamon, or rhubarb and strawberry. The crumble puddings have the crumble in the bottom of a pot and the fruit and custard on the top. After microwaving, it can be inverted into a dessert dish so that the crumble is on top and the custard round the edges.
