Canterbury Foods has launched a new Mawbeef sausage, designed to keep its shape, texture and succulence, even after up to two hours in the hot cabinet. It is available in 4s or 8s to the pound, in either pork and beef or pork.

For vegetarian customers, Canterbury Foods offers pre-cooked vegetable sausages. These are rice-based and sausage-shaped with real chunky carrots, sweetcorn and peas.

Uncoated, they can be heated from frozen to a browned finish by oven baking or deep frying.

Canterbury Foods also produces Butcher's Range frozen sausages under the Plumtree brand in various varieties - Directors' Pork, Pork and Leek, Pork and Ale and Cajun-style.
