Fed electric deck ovens for pizza baking are available in single and twin deck format and feature stainless steel front casing and smooth firebrick hearth. Temperatures can be set at from 50 to 500ºC and two capacities are available - 4 x 91/2 inch pizzas per deck or 4 x 12 inch. Prices: from £899 or £1.20 per day leasing.
