Go wild with Alaskan salmon
Wild Salmon Vegetable Bites are a great idea for canapes or starters, and they can be made in a jiffy. Simply mix together chopped herbs and soft cheese in a bowl and spoon into fresh leaves of a gem lettuce or chicory. Top with chunks or wild Alaska salmon, garnish with chives or parsley and serve.
