These include Chicken Peperonata Terrine, oregano and parmesan flavoured chicken breasts layered with chargrilled peppers and set in a light tomato gel; Duck and Apricot Terrine, a course terrine of duck meat and liver marinated in brandy and port, speckled with apricots and green peppercorns and Wild Boar Terrine with Port and Redcurrants. Available in 1kg or 500g packs.
