Elior UK awarded five-year catering contract with An Lanntair

Elior UK has secured a five-year contract with the An Lanntair arts centre in Stornoway as its new catering partner.

The contract will see Elior manage the catering and hospitality at the arts centre, managing corporate hospitality in addition to looking after the venue's daytime, evening and bar offer.

In a phased approach, An Lanntair will first reopen the ground floor with Elior providing refreshments and light bites on the forecourt via a catering pod. Phase two of the venue's reopening is expected in mid-September, when Elior will assume operation of the indoor café and bars.

Kenny Finlayson, managing director at Elior UK, said: "I am extremely honoured that Elior has been selected as An Lanntair's new catering partner, growing our business together at this remarkable venue. This attainment signifies our increased presence in the highland area and continued growth within the leisure sector. We look forward to welcoming visitors with a memorable food and drink offer that will enhance their overall experience."

Elly Fletcher, chief executive at An Lanntair, added: "This is an exciting new partnership with so much potential for the future. All of us here at An Lanntair are looking forward to working together with Elior to create a wonderful culinary offer that complements and connects with our arts programme throughout the year."

Elior's other sites including St Fagan's National History Museum in Cardiff, Aberdeen Art Gallery and National Museum Wales.
