Openings – a handful of restaurants and hotels recently opened

Submit details to: openings@thecaterer.com; information needed if applicable: date opened, covers, typical dishes/drinks, number of bedrooms, head chef, general manager, designers, owner, starting room rate etc and a selection of hi-res images.

 

Viewpoint – an industry professional shares their view about a hot topic affecting hospitality

Submit details to James Stagg; after the initial pitch, 500 words and a hi-res image is required.

Freelance writers
