High & Dry, co-founded by Donncha Burke and Clarkson’s Farm alumni Louis Church, offers drinkers a crisp alcohol-free, gluten-free lager with added functional mushrooms. The 0.4% abv lager combines British malted barley with Czech saaz hops and notes of lime, tangerine and lemongrass. High & Dry has been brewed with bioactive extracts from organic lion’s mane mushroom and cordyceps, supplied by Bristol Fungarium, which can support energy release and mental clarity.

Bolle has unveiled Bolle Grand Reserve, the first lees-aged non-alcoholic sparkling wine, crafted from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Silvaner grapes grown in La Mancha, Spain. Following Bolle’s secondary fermentation process, Grand Reserve Blanc de Blancs NV spends nine months sur lie, a traditional winemaking technique, usually used with Champagne, that has never before been successfully applied to a non-alcoholic wine. The result is a sparkling wine with delicate bubbles, a brioche bouquet and notes of apricot, nuts and a hint of citrus.

New York distillery St Agrestis has introduced the Phony Negroni to the UK market through an exclusive partnership with DrinksOne Trade. The drink was created to deliver all the complexity of the classic apéritif without the alcohol. Made from a blend of 30 organic botanicals that mimic Negroni flavours, the recipe includes gentian root, citrus peel, clove, juniper and other aromatic herbs. Lightly carbonated Phony Negronis are gluten-free, vegan and Halal-friendly.

Chance Clean Cider, the brainchild of ex-Lucky Saint and Crossip executive John Logue, has launched as the UK’s first dedicated non-alcoholic cider brand. Produced by Aston Manor Cider Makers in Worcestershire, 0.5% abv Chance is made using British apples using traditional cider-making methods and liquored down from an 8.2% abv cider. The result is a crisp cider with bursts of citrus and pineapple, balanced with woody tones and lifted by a gentle sparkle.

Drinks distributor Stave and Stem is offering Siegfried’s range of alcohol-free spirits and Wylda’s non-alcoholic functional spirit. Siegfried’s collection includes Wonderleaf, made from a blend of 18 botanicals for a complex flavour best served with tonic; Wonderleaf Rosé, which has subtle fruity notes; Wonderspritz, a reimagined Italian aperitivo with fresh orange blended with gentian and herbal undertones; Wonderazul, made from a blue agave plant distillate and used to make non-alcoholic margaritas and palomas; and Wonderoak, a rum alternative with a flavour profile built around tonka bean, nutmeg and oak. Wylda is a distillate for non-alcoholic long drinks crafted from maca, schisandra, ginseng, damiana, matcha and moringa.

London family gin distiller Hayman’s has extended its range with the launch of Hayman’s London 0%. Using natural flavours of juniper, coriander and citrus to capture the essence of the brand’s gin, just without the alcohol, London 0% is crisp and balanced with gentle spice.
