The new stars for Great Britain and Ireland will be revealed at a ceremony in Dublin
Michelin will announce the new starred restaurants for the 2026 Great Britain and Ireland guide at a ceremony this evening (9 February).
Chefs and restaurant teams from across the country have been invited to the Convention Centre Dublin, where the ceremony will kick-off from 6pm.
Those not attending will be able to watch the ceremony live on the Michelin Guide’s YouTube channel (see below).
The Caterer will be bringing you all the updates on the new stars, green stars, and special awards online.
Last week, the Guide revealed the names of 37 restaurants that have received a Bib Gourmand. These are given to establishments serving “good food at a great price”.
To all the teams awaiting tonight’s news – good luck!
Ahead of tonight’s ceremony, we asked chefs, critics and industry experts who could be in line to win a star tonight.
Chet Sharma’s BiBi, Bonheur by Matt Abé and Gareth Ward’s Ynyshir have received multiple mentions, but all eyes will be on Michelin for the final verdict.
