Hospitality Action launches 2025 mental health and wellbeing survey

UK charity Hospitality Action has launched its annual Taking The Temperature Mental Health & Wellbeing survey as part of Mental Health Awareness Week on 12-18 May 2025.

With helpline calls and financial assistance requests to the charity at an all-time high, the survey provides insights to build a clearer picture of the evolving challenges faced by hospitality workers.

The survey is confidential and takes just a few minutes to complete. The answers will help the charity shape future support and services for businesses to better help their teams.

As a thank you, participants will receive a copy of the final report. Email addresses will never be linked to individual responses.

Hospitality workers have until 9 June to take the survey.

Last year, Hospitality Action initiative Walk for Wellbeing celebrated its fifth year with 20km walks in Oxford, Cardiff and Liverpool.
