Dickens Punch is served in the bar established in Charles Dickens’ old publishing house, Plume in Covent Garden, London.
This sweet and spicy cocktail was created by Andrew Gray, founder of Plume’s parent company, wine bar chain Grays and Feather.
The zingy beverage combines two types of rum with citrus and tropical fruit for a full flavoured taste.
Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
Dry shake (without ice) all the ingredients, then add the ice to wet shake.
Double strain over ice into a hiball glass.
Garnish with a dried orange and dried lime.
