The new name for the Casual Dining show reflects a wider remit to support the whole hospitality industry
Visitor registration is now well under way for the 2025 edition of the National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show (the new name for Casual Dining) and lunch!. The shows at ExCeL London on 24–25 September attract thousands of senior decision-makers from across the UK’s foodservice, retail and hospitality sectors.
For those in hospitality, it’s a primary destination to explore the latest in foodservice, drinks, equipment and technology. Expect more than 500 exhibitors, a Start-Up Zone, two Innovation Challenges, plus a line-up of expert speakers across six free seminar theatres.
The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show will showcase innovative foodservice products – everything from cutting-edge commercial kitchen equipment and smart technology to sustainable ingredients and indulgent desserts. As well as this, visitors can take a look at new products from both established and emerging alcohol brands alongside inventive no-and-low drinks that are redefining bar menus across the UK.
Major suppliers already confirmed at the show include Diageo, Unox, Lamb Weston, Shift4, Carlsberg Britvic, Bose, Funkin Cocktails, Tugo, the Tofoo Company, Moving Mountains, Destiny Foods, Santa Maria, Budweiser, Bute Island Foods, the FoodFellas, This, O’Donnell Moonshine, Yorkshire Tea, Brewdog and many more.
At lunch!, buyers can discover a mix of food-to-go innovation, from gourmet sandwiches and artisan coffee to functional drinks and better-for-you snacks.
Exhibitors confirmed across lunch! include Oatly, itsu Grocery, Smeg Professional UK, Simply Lunch, Bridge Coffee Roasters, Lost Sheep Coffee, Lindt, Innocent Drinks, Candy Kittens, Tropicana Drinks, Grounded, Proper Corn, Eat Real, BOL and Twinings.
For new challenger brands to hit the market, visitors can explore the show’s Start-Up Zone, where trends are spotted early and innovative new suppliers launch first. Dynamic new brands confirmed here include Picoso Drinks, Frank Food, Miss Kim and Blynk + Drinks.
A big attraction at both the National Restaurant Pub & Bar Show and lunch! is the expert-led seminar programme, which is renowned for delivering high-level insights from some of the most influential names in foodservice and hospitality.
