The flexible, non-stick moulds are available in classic shapes, such as domes, squares and hearts, and more innovative designs, such a leaves, flowers and fish. Some moulds have also been designed with specific products in mind, such as doughnuts and eclairs. All Silikomart moulds have a temperature range resistance of between -60°C to +230°C for creating hot or cold set pieces.

Peugeot has launched the Maestro Salt Mill, said to be the first-ever mill to produce powdered salt. The mill’s Zirlion mechanism delivers ultra-fine salt particles that can coat food more evenly, amplify flavour and help reduce sodium intake for diners. The grinder is made from corrosion-resistant aerospace-grade Zirconia, designed for longevity and performance.

Pujadas has launched the Black Series and Black Pro range cookware, available from FEM. The cookware is made from aluminium with a non-stick coating and is suitable for induction, gas, ceramic or electric and is oven safe.
