The Flava People has collaborated with Diageo on the launch of an alcohol-free Baileys Chocolate Sauce from wholesaler Booker. The new chocolate variant brings the taste of Baileys Irish Cream into a rich chocolate format for desserts, ice-cream and hot drinks. Packaged in a squeezy bottle, the sauce offers consumers a new way to enjoy Baileys’ flavour without the alcohol.

Devon bakery Truly Treats has added scones in two flavours, a savoury spring onion and cheese scone and a sweet cherry scone. The cherry scone (93g) delivers a high fruit content and a traditional appearance, while the spring onion and cheese scone (97g) offers a rich savoury profile and a generous amount of cheese. Both products are supplied frozen in cases of 28 with a 15-month shelf life, allowing operators to defrost only what is required. The scones split cleanly and hold their structure, making them suited to high-volume environments.

Sephra has launched Sephra Melts, a blend of 50% Belgian couverture chocolate, made with 38.7% cocoa solids, and 50% compound chocolate, made from cocoa powder and vegetable oil. The chocolate drops are available in milk, dark and white chocolate variations and can be be used for drizzling and coating, making them suitable for pancakes, waffles and doughnuts. The chocolate has been designed to be a budget-friendly option that balances quality with affordability.

Simply Ice Cream has launched a larger version of its scooping tubs of ice-cream, initially in two of the brand’s best-selling flavours – Dreamy Vanilla and Heavenly Honeycomb. Simply Ice Cream is handmade in small batches in Kent using natural ingredients with no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or emulsifiers. The new 2 litre tubs hold more than 20 generous scoops per tub.

Henley Bridge has expanded its syrup offering to a 22-strong range of maple products. The St Lawrence Gold selection includes four Grade A maple syrups in flavour profiles influenced by the time of harvest: First Tapped (light and delicate); Pure Amber (rich with a caramel tone); Pure Dark (a stronger caramel tone); and Late Harvest (rich and full-bodied). Completing the range are a pure maple spread (160g) and pure maple sugar (125g). Henley Bridge is also offering three entry-level maple syrups under the Maple Shack brand, in amber, dark and a blend of dark maple syrup (30%) and 70% liquid sugar syrup.
