Technology firm Deliverect has launched Deliverect Kiosk, a self-service solution designed to streamline in-store operations. The Kiosk operates in the cloud, meaning that menus are centrally managed and updated in real time across multiple sites, and it can also offer upselling and smart bundling to increase ticket sizes without staff involvement. Early customers noted a 17% reduction in average order time, while 50% of Kiosk orders included an upsell. The Kiosk can be positioned on the floor, wall or countertop.

Raise is distributing three of its healthy snack pack lines to the hospitality sector through wholesaler Brakes. Raise offers two nut and seed clusters, in dark chocolate and sea salt, and maple pecan flavours, and a new flavour, coconut and almond, which is HFSS (products high in fat, salt and sugar) compliant. The bars provide a source of protein and fibre, contain less than 5g sugar per pack, and are suitable for gluten-free and vegan diets.

Taylor UK’s clamshell grill has heated top and bottom plates, allowing for simultaneous cooking on both sides – perfect for burgers. The grill is designed to reduce cooking times by up to 66%, while ensuring food remains moist and succulent and has an even char. The grills have a programmable control system that allows operators to define up to 72 menu items for its independently controlled single, double or triple cooking zones.

Chocolate producer Gnaw has introduced a four-strong impulse bar offer in vibrant, fully recyclable wrappers. The bars come in popcorn and peanut, honeycomb and caramel, sticky toffee pudding or Seville orange flavours, all wrapped in a blend of Colombian 36% milk chocolate, made without palm oil.

Nisbets has unveiled its Fiesta range of disposable packaging for hot and cold food and drink. The range, encompassing cups, cutlery, deli pots and foil trays, is made from natural and reusable materials, with 210 recyclable items and 150 compostable products. Recyclable items are constructed from materials such as paper, cardboard, foil and plastic, and compostable items are made from PLA, wood and bagasse.
