The chef and restaurateur will be a national representative of the knife and utensil brand
Jackson Boxer has been appointed Victorinox’s first UK chef ambassador.
The chef, who has just announced new restaurant Vesper in London’s Exmouth Market, has teamed up the makers of the original Swiss Army Knife to represent the manufacturer’s kitchen and commercial knives range.
Boxer joins the knife and utensil brand’s international programme alongside Swiss chef Nenad Mlinarevic, known for his precision-driven cooking, and Marco Müller, head chef at Berlin’s only three-Michelin-starred restaurant, Rutz.
Boxer said: “Victorinox’s knives have been a quiet constant in my kitchens for years – at home and in service – dependable, precise and beautifully made. It feels only natural to formalise a relationship with a brand I’ve long trusted, and I’m looking forward to what we’ll do together in our partnership.”
Victorinox is a family-run business founded in 1884 and now in its fourth generation. It operates in more than 120 countries, producing premium kitchen and professional knives.
Chief executive Carl Elsener said: “Jackson Boxer’s commitment to creating distinctive and much-loved establishments in London and beyond makes him a natural partner for us as a company that values authenticity, quality and excellence in craftsmanship and experience.
“As a family-run business, we seek to collaborate with partners who create with purpose and creativity, and Jackson’s approach aligns perfectly with this vision.”
Boxer is the chef-patron of Brunswick House in London’s Vauxhall and Dove in Notting Hill, which he opened in January 2025 in the former site of Orasay.
He is also culinary director of Cowley Manor Experimental in the Cotswolds and the Henrietta hotel in London, and is co-owner of Below Stone Nest in London’s Chinatown, which he relaunched in late 2024 with his brother.
