Firebrand Brewing Co has unveiled Blue Balls, its new non-alcoholic hazy IPA created in collaboration with Blue Balls Cornwall, the men’s cold water swimming group. Firebrand Brewing Co will donate £1 to Man Down, the Cornwall-based men’s mental health community interest company, for every online order of Blue Balls throughout Sober October. Blue Balls (0.5% abv ) is a non-alcoholic hazy IPA with a fruity flavour that is gluten-free and vegan friendly.

Bolle Drinks has launched Bolle Chardonnay, its first non-alcoholic still wine, into the UK market. The 0.5% abv wine is a blend of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Sylvaner grapes and offers a clean, light palate with flavours of citrus fruits and ripe pear, leading to a smooth texture, creamy mouthfeel and a lingering finish.

Herefordshire independent cider maker Celtic Marches has launched two fruit fusion wines: Juicy Peach and Juicy Peach & Cherry. Italian white wine is blended with natural fruit flavours to create a refreshing 5.5% abv wine that can be served on its own or as a spritz. Juicy Peach combines the sweetness of ripe peaches with a hint of citrus, while Juicy Peach & Cherry has fruity undertones and a balanced, aromatic flavour.

Nirvana, the UK’s oldest no and low brewery, has made its best-selling IPA (0.5% abv) available in 500ml bottles, on top of the existing keg and 330ml formats. The brewery has also tweaked the IPA’s recipe to deliver more body, flavour and head retention by switching malts to Vienna and Munich and hops to Mosaic, Nectaron and Simcoe, as well as changing the beer’s yeast. Nirvana IPA is full-bodied and citrusy, with notes of pine, stone fruits and grapefruit.

Real has relaunched its Premium range of sparkling teas by incorporating grape skin into its recipes, enhancing the wine-like qualities of its teas. Real Sec, crafted from first flush Darjeeling loose-leaf tea, has notes of stone fruit, blackcurrant, rhubarb and peach, delivering a bright, sparkling white; Real Dry, made with pan-fired Dragonwell green tea and grape skin, is crisp with zesty notes and a nutty finish; and Real Blush, a fermented blend of white peony loose-leaf tea and red grape skin, offers a light-bodied sparkling rosé with notes of berry, nougat and a vanilla-oak finish.
