Stampede has launched SNAPguard, secure guest WiFi for hospitality. The plug-and-play solution combines an on-site network with a virtual cloud network, giving control over how guest devices authenticate and connect to WiFi. It provides near-instant logins to a WiFi network, with most users authorised in under one second, even during peak service. Operators can use guest profiles within Stampede to dictate the experience they receive on WiFi, including connection speeds and paid, free or hybrid networks. Guest data can also be captured in the customer relationship management system, enabling branded engagement marketing and offers during and after login.

Deliverect has introduced Sentinel, which can manage restaurants’ presence on delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash and Deliveroo. Sentinel uses AI to transform customer reviews into structured data, identifying recurring issues, such as food quality or delivery temperature. It monitors store status minute-by-minute and automatically reopens stores that have unexpectedly gone offline to prevent revenue loss, as well as providing a centralised dashboard and live maps to track downtime and out-of-stock items.

Property management platform Apaleo has launched Apaleo Copilot. Staff can ask Apaleo Copilot to handle complex tasks, such as checking-in arrivals, extending stays, planning housekeeping, resolving overbookings and assigning rooms, without having to switch between multiple systems or applications. Apaleo Copilot provides a shared agentic infrastructure that can be shaped to fit how multiple businesses already operate. Standard operating procedures and internal process documentation can be uploaded to Apaleo to train it on existing ways of working.

Focus Group has launched Hospitality Cyber, a modular cyber security framework for hotels, restaurants and events venues. The platform consolidates the hotel tech stack under one framework that includes the property management system, point of sale, booking and guest WiFi. An integrated 24/7 security operations centre provides always-on monitoring with real-time threat detection and response. It also incorporates Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus, which helps hotels prove compliance to data protection through UK standards, and Zero Trust Network Access, which verifies every connection by identity, device and location.

Moneypenny has launched an AI Voice Receptionist. The virtual assistant speaks naturally with clients over the phone, reflecting a company brand. It can triage high call volumes, quickly understand the nature of an enquiry and handle straightforward requests, such as opening hours, directions, booking appointments or document requirements. It also captures information, such as client names, details, contact information and booking requests.

SumUp has launched the Solo Lite portable card reader, designed for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Solo Lite accepts all major payment and card types and connects to smartphones via Bluetooth. Touchscreen-durable Corning Gorilla glass enables customers to tip directly on the reader, plus a long battery life means it can process more than 1,000 transactions on a single charge. Operators can use the SumUp app to monitor sales, issue refunds and track business performance.

Operto has unveiled Operto One, an AI team for independent hotels. Three AI teams span distribution, front of house and back of house. The distribution team includes GEO Consultant, which evaluates how a hotel appears across generative AI platforms; a marketing agent, which monitors high-intent demand; and a direct booking assistant, which engages website visitors in real time. The front of house team delivers co-ordinated guest engagement across channels, grounded in property-specific policies and live stay data, while the back of house team supports day-to-day property management.

RoomPriceGenie has introduced Revenue Intelligence, which surfaces real-time revenue insights and market data directly in the property management system (PMS) dashboards of 15 launch partners, including RMS, Planet, Ibelsa, Casablanca, Apaleo, SabeeApp, HopSoftware, Avondata/Rezcontrol, FreetoBook, VIPS, Preno, Resly, Suitech, Class One and HotelSync. Revenue Intelligence is designed to give hotel teams constant visibility into real-time pricing, without switching between tabs or solutions. The system delivers real-time alerts, monthly occupancy and pricing views with explanations and key revenue performance metrics, all within the PMS dashboard. Hoteliers can access RoomPriceGenie from the PMS with a single click to adjust rates.

RMS has announced a new integration with guest feedback and reputation management platform GuestRevu. Hospitality operators can automatically collect guest feedback throughout the guest journey and transform responses into AI-enhanced insights to improve service delivery and operational decision-making. GuestRevu connects securely with reservation and guest-profile data within RMS, allowing surveys to be automatically sent at key stages of the stay. Guest responses are then consolidated into GuestRevu’s reporting dashboards, where operators can monitor sentiment, identify trends and access AI-driven insights to better understand and enhance guest experience.
