Guest engagement technology provider Stampede has launched a module with Square Restaurant point of sale that will enable restaurants to unify orders, payments and guest data on a single platform. Operators can use the Square Restaurant POS and Stampede PayOS together to capture insights about guest purchases, value and frequency, both during and after their visit. The data is merged with guest profiles stored in the Stampede system and is visible to front of house teams on the Square Restaurant POS system. As well as helping to personalise marketing, operators can use it to access granular-level reporting, guest engagement and revenue.

Focus on Hospitality, powered by Focus Group, has signed a partnership with hospitality telephony provider Evolve IP to deliver cloud-based telecoms and communications for hotels. The system is suitable for large complexes and uses AI integration to streamline call routing to appropriate departments. It also offers virtual agents that use advanced sentiment analysis to gain a deeper understanding of guest preferences and emotions in order to automate customer care.

Inpulse automates stock management and analyses data in real time to ensure orders are correct, therefore reducing waste, and checks invoices automatically.
