It comes three years after Tom Vincent first launched the New York-style slice shop in Bushey, Hertfordshire
Vincenzo’s pizza slice restaurant is set to open on Bethnal Green Road in London’s Shoreditch this November.
Founded by Tom Vincent in 2022, the original Hertfordshire site gained a following for its thin and crispy style pizza. The new location will focus on New York-style pizza by the slice, available to eat in or takeaway from 5pm until late.
The menu will feature dough made with Molino Casillo flour from Puglia, San Marzano tomatoes sauce and cheese supplied by Italian producer Latteria Sorrentina.
Alongside the classics, such as margherita and pepperoni, Vincenzo’s includes new flavours such as spanakopita, vodka sauce and burrata, with garnishes like hot honey and fresh pesto.
Slices start at £5 and are cut from a 20-inch pizza, while whole 16-inch pizzas will also be available for takeaway.
The Shoreditch site occupies a traditional Victorian building on Bethnal Green Road.
Vincent said: “It’s the smell, the art, the queue, the first bite. We’re creating something timeless. A slice shop London can call its own.”
Vincenzo’s Shoreditch will open at 122 Bethnal Green Road, E2 6DG.
